Wasn't it GREAT walking out our doors on September 11th to see all the flags lining Braewood streets?  What a tribute the people who gave their lives in this act of terror upon our country!  A BIG THANK YOU to the resident or residents of Braewood Heritage who took their own personal time to put these up!

Braewood Heritage Community Yard Sale is coming up - October 6!  It will start @ 7:30 a.m. and the $7 cost to join in covers the cost of advertising in the Las Vegas Review Journal, as well as GREAT sign-age on the streets.  These have always been a huge success in the past...contact Mary Ellen in the office if you're interested in participating.  The gates will open on  Friday, the 5th, from 4:30 p.m. to dark for the neighbors and their friends to get first pick!

If you have not had an opportunity to visit the Healing Fields @ Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas (215 beltway and Jones in the northwest).  I would encourage you to do so.  It's a awesome reminder of 9/11 with almost 3,000 flags honoring the men, women, and children who died.

Braewood Heritage is an awesome place to live...low rental rates...mostly owner occupied.  There are currently 9 homes available in the complex, which is not even 1% of the townhouses (400 homes in the community).  Three of the townhouses are short sales or foreclosures...contact me for further information or if you are interested in selling your home or if you know someone interested in purchasing in the complex.
