HOLMDEL, N.J., September 12, 2007 –In celebration of the Town of Holmdel’s 150th anniversary, the Holmdel office of Gloria Nilson GMAC Real Estate will participate in the 16th annual Holmdel Community Day Saturday, Oct. 13 from 2 to 8 p.m. at Cross Farm Park, Longbridge and Newman Spring (Route 520) roads. (Rain date is Sunday, Oct. 14.)

The sales associates of the Holmdel office will greet the community and provide information on how to buy and sell a home, financing options and the extraordinary home choices Holmdel and Monmouth County have to offer.

A special attraction at their booth this year is the Digital Easel, an interactive computer that sketches portraits. Guests can choose a caricature, or a portrait in oil, pastel, pencil or charcoal.
