As we began our APSD Certified Trainer Beta Test Program with our 10 candidates, I told them that the greatest reward they will receive will be the success of one of the people they helped to train.
For me, today, Christmas came early as I am celebrating not one, not two...but 3 successes for APSD members...and the day is young!
Sally Lewis, a new APSD Home Stager, Stager Pro, and a Certified Trainer just booked a home staging she had been after for about a week. She got in touch with me to answer a few questions, went back and forth with the agent, and guess what--you know it! She booked the job! Way to go Sally!!!
Then, Terri Garner, an APSD Certified Home Stager, Stager Pro, Property Scene Designer and Certified Trainer also booked a home staging job today. She got it because she used a few SEO strategies that I recently wrote about, implemented the strategies and found herself at the top of the Google rankings in Southern California...now in case you are one of those HOme Stagers that are moaning about not being in a busy enough market...try being in one of the most competitive markets in the country...and being #1 on Google...and booking a staging because of it! Congratulations Terri!!!
And finally, well, this should be titled... "Another one bites the dust" because that is exactly what has happened! During our recent Stager Pro and Certified Trainer In Field Training, we staged two homes. The first had been listed for about 90 days, and once our amazing team of Mannie Tantawy, Barbara Heathcote, Mary Fitzgerald, Sally Lewis, Peggy Gehrman and Kat McKinnon came in...it went under contract in 9 DAYS!!! And NOW...the 2nd one recieved an offer 12 days after the staging! This team is on fire!!!
