Only one single family home sold in the market which is a home in 450 Municipal Ave. The property was listed for $319,000 and sold for 301,000 and was listed for 15 days. It was a great location with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 1,135square ft., a large corner lot and plenty of space to live in.

Real estate market sales are still depressed and it is difficult. There no bright future in real estate as of the moment. Prices are under stress right now. Motivations for buying properties are down as well. However motivation on selling, fixing finances and reorganization are observed in the area though buyers are inadequate.

This week, 5 new properties were listed and the average list price is 394,000 or 279 dollars per square foot. The average square a foot in the market is actually a hundred dollars a square foot more than the actual properties being listed.

Stay positive... One great property that can be found in the market that is listed for a very long time which will be a sure investment is a 600 acres land for sale at 3952 Valleyview Road with the price of roughly 18 million. The property includes 3 separate titles that are not in the ALR.
