Marion Ar is a good choice for relocation again
December is definitely not slow for me this year. I am currently working with 3 clients who are relocating to Marion, Ar. from different areas. They like the feel of a suburb, quiet, a wide selection of housings, school district, the convenience so close to Memphis, Tn. for city life, shopping and dining. Marion is a residential town, population just slightly over 10,000. A friendly small town where there is only one main business/restaurant area along the Intersection of I-55 to and from St. Louis, MO, Osceola, and Blytheville, Ar. Also I-40 to and from Memphis, Tn., Little Rock, Ar. I-40 is the busiest State highway in the country.
Other than families relocating to Marion, Ar. on their own, we also have corporate job relocation, too. Most of these corporations are located outside Marion, Ar within 30-45 minutes drive, like Cyro, Plum Point Power Plant, Nucore in Osceola and Blytheville, FedEx, Hilton Hotel headquarter in Memphis, Tn., The Federal Prison in Forrest City, Ar., etc. With our Marion school district keeps expanding, there are new teachers move to town also. They like to choose Marion, Ar as their new hometown because of many subdivisions, and new homes to choose from. There is price ranges from the low $100,000 up to over $300,000. There is something for everybody's budget.
While many agents take off or take it easy in the month of December, I am grateful to have a very busy month in December. I have been showing houses to different clients pretty much from morning till after 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I have put 2 offers in for 2 clients, and it is in a working process right now. I have a few more clients to meet after Christmas and January, they are all relocating to Marion, Ar. At least 2 more relocation prospects that I am following up with at this time. It is very exciting to see so many people are moving to Marion, Ar.
I am so glad all these clients think Marion, Ar is their good choice for relocation and call it their new home.
If Marion, Ar. is where you consider to relocate to, feel free to give me a call or email to me. I will be glad to help you any way I can!
