According to the CRMLS (California Regional Multiple Listing Service), 6 condo/townhomes closed in the City of Murrieta this past week, with a median sales price of $117,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $95.30. In the same period last year, there were 15 single family home closings with a median sales price of $121,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $89.17.
