After clicking on the Carmel Statistics button, you will see updated information about the active listings and information about how many homes were listed in the last 24 hours. The stats are updated daily and include the number of active listings, days on the market, highest and lowest price, highest and lowest square footage, average price, average square footage, and average price per square foot.
