I recently received this nice note from buyers I helped purchased real estate on ST Croix:

What is the price range of a condo in St Croix? I don't have anyone in mind right now but it would be great to know how much property goes for out there. thanks for the post.

You can purchase a condo here on the beautiful island of St Croix for as little as $55,000.  (and that's ASKING price!!!)

Beach front condos start at around $100,000 and go up to well over a million.  I have a couple of really nice units in a gated, small, beachfront complex just west of Christiansted town for just under $200,000.  

It is a buyer's market here and there are good deals to be had!  Come on down, thaw out, and let me show you!!!!
