What do you have to do? Do 1 thing per day that would further your business. This might be a blog post, Facebook note, tweet, text, phone call or email. It could be a newsletter, event, or postcard. In my opinion, you should be doing this many times a day, besides your normal business, if it were showing homes or doing mortgage applications. Keeping in front of people daily is marketing and branding. But in my opinion, don't spam yourself, do it naturally and genuinely.
Day 23 - 12/21/10
Tonight, I wrote a blog post,
Mortgage Qualifying 101 – Why can’t you use my spouses income?
This question seems to come up more often then none and I felt that I needed to explain it in detail. If someone asks you this question, just send them to this post. It will take them 5 minutes to read this and bam, you don't need to explain anymore, taking away your precious time.
Also today, I touched my personal facebook wall with 3 questions to engage people, and I touched my 2 different fan pages, The FHA Expert and Mortgage Myth Busters. I also did my tweeting on Twitter and engaged people there, had some conversations, and Retweeted some stuff. What did you do today?
Ps.. some of you might wonder why I made this one public, when I made most of my other challenges posts 'members only'. For the reason that I am giving backlinks to my other sites.
