Jeff - I usually tell people that I am a local real estate agent and write a blog about the local area for buyers and sellers. And that I would like to include some information about them, which might help their advertising, and may I take some photos. Never been a problem yet. Some people think it is really cool and I interview them for a bit so I can write a better story.
