15 Comments on Home Staging---Optional or Absolute necessity?
You are SO right! Staging hasn't even caught on here in MA yet. I have had only a half dozen calls so far. I work with one Realtor, Lori Lincoln from Keller Williams, who has seen the difference I can make staging a home & has sold the homes faster than she would have without staging. I just finished staging a vacant home & invited 50 agents to come & see it, only 5 showed up! It's hard enough to convince the sellers they need to stage, but when you can't get the Realtors to suggest staging.....what are you suppose to do?
Noella's Home Staging is based in Freetown, MA and services Lakeville, Middleboro, Taunton, Raynham,Easton, Norton, Dighton, Berkley, Somerset, Swansea & Fall River
Home Staging is an absolute necessity up there with pricing the home correctly. When it is priced right and shows beautifully IT WILL SELL

Cheers,

you don't get but one chance to make that vaporous first impression. Carol, I love this phrase from your post. You are so right. I must agree with the entire post, but then, I'm part of the choir. So glad to see you back and writing such provocative posts!
