Thank you so much for contacting me and most importantly Welcome to New Hampshire.

I think once you see what we have to offer, you'll fall in love with New Hampshire and Hampstead in particular. I hope that I can help you "see and feel" a little of what I see and feel about Hampstead.

I've included in this e-mail some links to articles that I have written about Hampstead and the surrounding areas, a short video and 2 virtual tours of the town. One is a fall/winter tour and the other is one I made especially for you.

As we discussed on the phone today I have gone ahead and set you up to receive automatic listing alerts so that when anything new enters the market that meets your criteria you will be notified.

I have also set up an account for you on our website that will allow you to search all currently listed homes in Hampstead and surrounding communities.

Monika, wow, excellent post for the buyers challenge. But, I thought John and Michelle were moving to MI and then I heard Calif. Fickle aren't they ? LOL

Reading the buyers challenge entries makes me glad I am not a judge in this contest. I'm going around reading and getting ideas from everyone. Another great entry! Good Luck, Monika!

Wow, I want to move there. I have never been to New Hampshire, but it's a place that is definitely high on the list now. I know that my husband really wants me to take him there for his birthday soon, but I think I'd rather go in the fall (his birthday is in January).

I want to move there too....hey Miss Moni this is on a scale of one to ten a fifteen! Loved the screen shots too. I'd love a summer home there so I could get my fill of lobster :-) Your clients, I don't know if they are even from New England, but one thing I loved about living there all those years ago was how close it was to so much natural beauty. Hiking, swimming, day trips, Boston. Even NYC is not that far away. And then there are the sand dunes yes!
