Snowflake

This winter season has been a snowy one in the Twin Cities, with 31.1 inches falling in December.  Did you know that if we get only 2.7 inches more, this would be the snowiest December since 1891?  And we have already had 3 times more snow than last year at this time.

On the brighter side, we have made it past the longest day of the whole year; the Winter Solstice.  Each day going forward, we will be gaining daylight.  Slow at first, only gaining a minute each day, but we have to start somewhere.

We have to start somewhere, just like the housing market.  Start the New Year with buying your first home.  Or make an investment with the purchase of a rental property.  Prices are low; rates are still low, only brighter days ahead from here.

And where to put all of that snow?  We had the 2nd snowiest November in our history.

We've weathered an economic storm, and there are sunny days ahead!
