  Attention Apartment Owners!

There is an urgent need for housing for low income families, making your apartments in need of a gentrification a "Financial Goldmine!" How desperate is that need? Please click on the following website to view vivid pictures of over 30,000 people standing in line for application for housing in Georgia: (Reference) Schneider, C. (2010, August 11). Housing crises reaches full boil in East Point; 62 injured. ajc. Retrieved from http://www.ajc.com/news/atlanta/housing-crises-reaches-full589653.html

Are there available apartments that could be gentrified to accommodate families?

According to www.loopnet.com there are over "$450 billion of properties for sale • 6.7 billion sq. ft. of properties for lease • 4 million members since 1995" many of these properties are apartment complexes that acn provide decent housing to many low income families at once!

One apartment complex in Memphis, Tennessee with 224 units was selling for $2,200,000 in 2008. Due to the state of the economy, the price decreased in 2009 to $1,500,000. Today, in 2010, it's selling for $700,000! Imagine the income they could generate and families they could accommodate!

Coincidently, while this situation demonstrates a desperate need for housing, another crisis throughout the country is a growing number of foreclosed, poor performing and bank repossessed apartments that could be gentrified to provide decent housing for families losing homes and jobs overnight.

The following heartwarming situation shows the ethical and moral issues of what happens when landlords do not do their job, misappropriate hard earned money of poor tenants and basically have no regard for the physical well being of low income families. Please watch the following situation that will bring tears to your eyes to see the innocent victims of foreclosures!

With the present state of the economy, the following example shows that prices to purchase such properties are decreasing:

As an apartment owner, how can you gentrify your poor performing property and turn it into a financial goldmine and receive the following:

  • A Steady Return On Investment, 100% Occupancy, A waiting list.
  • Management staff and tenants showing respect for your apartments and one another.
  • A decrease in crime, vandalism, etc.

LIFES Organization created an Apartment Gentrification School, designed to give apartment owners the skills, tools and resources to gentrify their run down apartments with life threatening health, safety and sanitation issues. The tenants will receive social and life skills, find jobs, obtain a GED and college degree online within the apartment's community center, while learning to show respect for your apartments, so they will not be forced to move once the apartments are gentrified, creating a "Gentrification without Relocation" of the present tenants: The following pictures are  of families LIFES has supported:

Most apartment gentrifications are needed because low income tenants, owners or management staff show little respect for these properties. Therefore, the first gentrification involves transformating the behaviors and attitudes from all parties. LIFES Apartment Gentrification School will accomplish this by training apartment owners, their management staff and tenants through four courses.

Once your apartments are gentrified, the value may triple which will increase the properties equity whether you sell or keep the apartments! Though your apartments are presently costing you a fortune, by enrolling in LIFES Apartment Owners/Investors Course you could start making up to $1,500 the first month!
