Kristin-That is good to know. I love it. They used to make the REAL stuff in NY where I lived. You could travel around the area and see all the maple trees with the taps in them. It takes an avg of 40 gal of sap to make one gal of syrup. That is why the real McCoy is so expensive but so good. We also had maple candy(pic below). YUMMY!!!
