A few months into our AR Experience, we are still crawling right along.  It feels like we are about to advance to the walking stage!  Why, you ask?  We just got our first contact from ActiveRain.  And it couldn't be better timing.  The timing is perfect because TLW posted Why Do We Bite The Hand That Feeds Us? ... ROAR! yesterday.
     We had a couple contact us after finding one of our market reports over on Localism.  [We (as a lot of you know already) primarily post on Localism for the consumers.  My reason for posting primarily on Localism posts for the consumers is because I love the marketing side of the business, as well as the people side!  Kristin is our contract girl and negotiator!]  The couple that called us just recently purchased a home and then found our market report after closing.  Apparently they were never given a CMA by their agent for the neighborhood they were purchasing in.   
     Since the couple just purchased their home, it will probably be a while before they need the services of a real estate agent again.  However, when the time comes they will think of us.  In the meantime, maybe they will send some friends and relatives our way when they are in the market for Myrtle Beach real estate.  Their quote was "we wished we had've found you sooner".  That's good to hear.
