Hello Mr. Durry....I try so hard not to think of us as competition, I joined AR about a month ago but hadnt paid attention to it until this past week. I found myself obsessed with becoming #1. While obsessing and trying to increase my score I noticed some blogs to be very informative. The comedy, real estate bloppers and "out of the box" groups are my favorites. Thanks for the great information, keep em coming
