Ingredients
Directions - In a large skillet melt butter over medium low heat. When butter becomes golden brown, saute' mushrooms until tender. Stir in flour until smooth. Stir in chicken broth slowly, and cook until slightly thickened. Add in sherry or white wine. Stir in heavy cream or sour cream, turkey, peas and red bell pepper. Reduce heat to low, and cook until thickened. Add salt and pepper. |
