Sandie Acord with Liz Carter & Team Realty in Katy, Texas was one of the top agents.  Starting ‘em early: Acord began working with Liz Carter & Team Realty at the age of 18.  A family affair, Acord is the third generation of broker/owner Liz Carter's family to work on the team.  Mulititasker, Acord is also the contract negotiator for the team and has gotten their list price-to-sale ratio for their sellers to 99.3%.

Accord is the third generation to be part of the company.  She started out as the company's "runner", then progressed rapidly to client care coordinator, then listings manager, contract negotiator, and two years ago became a full-time listing agent and prospector for new business daily.  She still does all the negotiation for the team on every file.
