31 Days of December Challenge Day 21 & 22.
Day 21st I drove to work made some Coffee! Follow up on feed back of my listings!In the afternoon I went to the GYM to workout with my trainer!
Day 22nd I went to the office I did help another agent in our office she had problem with a short sale contract! It's a conventional loan the appraiser want some fix on the property, she was asking my opinion, because I'm an appraiser also! We solve this problem and the contract is back on track hopefully it will close this coming Thursday!
