Looks like a great time to gather. My wife lived in Davenport when she went to Palmer Chiropractic school. She graduated about 7 years ago. We go back there at least once a year.

Palmer is the party place!  When I was 18 (34 years ago), the palmer students had the best parties.  Back then, it was almost all guys, they didn't have dorms, rented houses around the school, knew where the keg store was, and didn't care if an underage drinker was there.  Of course today, their reputation is more refined, the student population much more diverse, they usually do their partying at the bars (like last Saturday after boards), so their image in the community has risen substantially!

Where did she live when she was here?  Do you just come back for the Alumni events?

You'll have to give me the heads up next time you're coming in town and I'll buy lunch.

When we come out there I will let you know ahead of time.

My wife Jennifer said she lived in a few different places near Palmer. One place was on Kirkwood and the other on Main. She still loves Davenport very much. The last time we were there was this past January when there was the ice storm. We just made it out of Davenport before it got worse. We drove back to Indiana just ahead of the storm and it took a few hours more than usual. We go at different times (Alumni events and just to go to the bookstore at the college).
