I will be teaching a prep class next week

Real Estate Agent 0488515

On Tuesday, January 4th and Wednesday January 5th I will be teaching the salesman and broker prep courses at Champions School of Real Estate in Coppell.

The class goes from 8:30 a.m - 4:45 p.m., and on Wednesday you will have the opportunity to take a mock test. Your results are a good indication if you are ready to take the real state test.

This is an excellent course to prepare you for the state test. For more information call Champions at 972-316-2020.

Hi Richard... sounds like a good way to kick off the new year!  It's got to be someone's new years resolution, right?

Steve,

Thanks for your commetns.

I have heard TREC is going to ask the legislature to change the requirements for being a broker from 2 years active to 6 years.

Those thinking of getting a license and do not have 6 years in the business should get it now.

I think that would be a great idea to increase the time to 6 years.  Also think it would be a fine idea to increase the salesperson requirements if the idea is really to protect the public at large!
