Do you like classic older homes? You can still find them in Old Town Herndon. Complete with big yards and big trees.

Cape Cods, Victorians, Bungalows, and Farm House styles all are available in the original town of Herndon.

Most of Herndon's subdivisions are 25 years old or younger, as is most of Chantilly, Centreville and Ashburn. So if you want to be close to all the high tech work in the Reston/Herndon/Dulles corridor yet live in an environment similar to Grandma's neighborhood, check out the photo tour below:

Steve, thanks for stopping in. Great old homes in Herndon but they do come without musical accompaniment.

William, these are styles that I grew up with. However I live in a 22 year old house in Herndon now...in one of the many neighborhoods that have sprung up around the original town. Herndon is near Dulles Airport and has become one of the nations top areas for high tech work.

Thanks Nancy, big yards and big trees go along with these properties. A difficult combination to find in the newer areas that surround us here.
