JumpingAugust 27th I sat down and wrote a post called "A is for Appraisal".  In less than three weeks, I have plundered through the alphabet almost to the conclusion... of this round.  But, while some of the posts have been fun, the last post was a bit tougher.  I have had that post on my mind for a couple of weeks, but I still didn't know exactly how it would turn out.  >side note.  When I write these posts, they just pretty much write themselves.  I just get to watch.<

SlidingSleepingAnyway, after writing the last one, I needed to remind myself why I am in real estate, and why I force myself to think.  One of the greatest things is the control I have over my schedule.  The great joy of that control is spending time with my family.  His great joy is jumping... for hours.   And sliding... for hours.  And mix in more jumping and sliding.

Of course, all of that jumping and sliding leads to a crash...

I have a picture of my son just like this! Crash is the word alright.

Nothing, and I mean nothing is sweeter in this life than to be able to watch the show all the way through. It's what we're working for.

That's the #1 reason I got into Real Estate...to have the freedom to what I want, when I want, as much or as little as I like, and to be able to enjoy the true "gifts" in life.

We do have the freedom to set our own schedules.  I have family plans and I work my schedule around them and most clients are very understanding.  When I first came into the business I was jumping to every buyer and sellers request because I did not want to miss an opportunity.  Now I am confident that they will be there in the morning.  Nice post...I think I am going to take a nap...he make me tired with all the sliding and jumping.  Very cute Lane and they grow up fast....I am on the grand kids now...and they are growing too!
