Known throughout the desert for his amazing culinary creations, Chef Jimmy Schmidt and his team are now offering a Winter Lunch Menu at Morgan’s in the desert, from Thursday to Sunday.
The new lunch menu showcases all that is abundant this time of the year such as baby beets, fresh figs, artichoke hearts, pears and a wide diversity of local lettuces. With its Winter Salad Collection, Nourishing Flavors offerings and Artisan Cheeses, the menu is vibrant, healthy and ideal for vegetarians. For something more substantial, there’s a selection of Chilled Proteins, including Alder-Smoked Nueske Bacon, Maple-Cured Breast of Free Range Chicken, Citrus Crimped Wild Salmon and Grilled Achiote Scented Baja Shrimp. In addition, there is a choice of housemade Emulsions & Vinaigrettes to complement menu dishes.
