Eneighborhoods:
I have been utilizing this service for several years and recently I feel like there are other uses for the software and service.  Is anyone posting the neighborhood reports on their personal website?  If you are posting on your site are you posting in PDF file format or posting as photo files?  The printed reports have been a huge benefit on my listing appointments and the community comparison feature has been great so my website seems like another ideal location to present the reports.  I would love to see what others have done with their reports.

I haven't used Eneighborhood Service. But I know a real estate on Active Rain by the name of Emanuel Zagadou of Exit Premier Realty ( We work in the same office-301-560-6700 ) who uses this service. Hopefully,he can help you with your question.

I used to use the service but my company cancelled the license. I really liked the program.  It had a lot of great information, that, if re-packaged would make a great Localism post.

I try to be very consistent w/my localism posts.  I post multiple pictures, tell about the homes, price ranges, amenities, age of homes, & builder information.  I also link each neighborhood back to my website on the front page.

I use HTML coding to "frame" the pictures.  I would never post a .pdf file on Localism.  Anyway, Google loves my Localism posts.  They are always on the 1st page in my area.

Good luck!!

Tracy, Thanks for commenting and I am interested in your idea for localism posts using e-neighborhood.  If you have time send me a note with what you are thinking.  Thanks, Sam

Sam, I haven't used eNeighborhoods in awhile but I always liked the program.  I would post the .pdf reports on your website.  I would create localism posts with a .jpg snapshot of the first page (or any page of the report) that links to the .pdf file from your web site.  That would make it visually appealing while giving the buyer a high quality .pdf file to download and print.  Let me know if you get them posted, I'd love to see how it turns out!
