I would like to know you like another agent to present an offer to you. I've been in the business for five years and I really like it when I get to know the other agent in person. I love preseting the offer in person if possible as well. I ask my buyers to give me a picture of their family as well so I can send a copy of it attached to the offer so it feels more personalized. What is your opinion?

I have this great picture of a couple planting a tree that I use to present my offers together with some info on my clients, suck as their names and the ages of their kids if that is the case. I am all ears now!

I like the idea of the pictures.  When we were at our craziest in 2005, I would always write information about my clients to the sellers.  I wanted them to know us and want to see us in their home.

I like your comment. We can become good friends with the sellers and after the transaction they will be in our contact lists as well. Don't you think so?
