How creative do you need to be?  When I saw the images of this house, UPSIDE DOWN HOUSE, I wondered how they would market it when they decided to sell.  We've all had difficult to sell homes and have gotten pretty creative with our marketing.  Perhaps even more creative in the current market.  I'm wondering what are the most creative marketing approaches AR listing agents have taken to get a listing sold.

Danielle--

That's exactly what I thought when I saw it the first time!  What do you think, market as a tourist attraction/business/income property???  I've had a couple of listings I'd have turned upside down if I thought that would help get them sold!

When the market turns, will that house be right-side-up?

Hey Chuck--

I really appreciate the humor of the agents at AR!  Hopefully the owners will be right side up!

Tamara.. I totally dig it. I don't see any issue marketing this house. It's the run of the mill, plane jane, median priced house, with a seller who thinks it's a luxury home that would seem to be the real challenge.
