Thanks, Russell! I do this when I remember to get it out there--or more accurately, when I get the time! What prompted it is that I will continue to get calls on properties when they're under Contract from folks who want to know if the property has closed yet. If not, they want to be notified. I started this to share with them that it has closed but, that there are others in the area that are still available.

Rebecca, thanks! And, it's wrapping up 2010--hopefully 2011 will surpass 2010; at least that's what I planned for!!
