Where is everybody coming from?

I just had to take a minute and talk about where everyone is coming from.  In our last few sales we have had buyers from Maryland, South Carolina, Raleigh, Fayetteville, 2 from Georgia, and Sunset Beach.  We are currently working with buyers from Virginia, New York, Cary, Florida, Washington DC, New Jersey, among others.  Wilson and eastern NC are great places to live.  Even though we have had a hot summer, it is still a great place to live.  We are slower than we would like to be, but I don't think we are experiencing the same type down market that so many others are going through.  Being only 30-35 minutes from Raleigh, one of the top markets in the country, does have it's advantages.
