2010 Florence Arizona Real Estate Market

It is almost time to ring in the New Year, 2011!  We are getting close to the end of the year and the 2010 Florence Arizona Real Estate Market shows that it is still a strong real estate market.  Buyers are seeing the great deals available on newer homes and getting in on the investment action. 

To summarize, the 2010 Florence Arizona Real Estate Market shows there are more homes for sale than in 2009, increasing slightly from 200 to 238.  In 2010, 526 homes sold compared to 552 in 2009.  Sales price per square foot has dropped just a bit by $1.00 per square foot. The average sales to list price is still 97%, showing a strong market.  The average price of homes sold is $92,071.  These calculations have all increased from November of 2010 but still have decreased slightly from 2009. 

The 2010 Florence Arizona Real Estate Market is still strong.  Buyers are still seeing the great real estate opportunities available and are buying homes as a result.  Many buyers are purchasing a second home or an investment home to rent seasonally or long-term.  Based on the 2010 Florence Arizona Real Estate Market statistics, 2011 appears to be even better!.
