We wish you a Happy New Year!

As we ring in the New Year there are many things we did right in 2010 which we would like to grow upon in 2011.  As well there are many things that we see in the year ahead that we could do better.  Our top ten list includes all the things we are resolved to do better as we serve you in 2011.  It is our hope that you will give us a chance to prove them to you.

1.  We will save our Hilton Head sellers time in 2011

Time is money.  The longer it takes to find a buyer, the more it costs us and our sellers.  Our commitment to our sellers is to spend the necessary up front time designing a marketing strategy, preparing the property for the market and properly pricing the property from the get go.  We measure our success by the number or showings and offers that we generate and if we are off course, we make the necessary adjustments early on to get back on the right road.

2.  We will send you Hilton Head properties as soon as they hit the market(or before)

With 25 years of selling real estate on Hilton Head Island we have built strong networks that provide market information before it hits our MLS.  This has been developed by establishing relationships with brokers, bankers, business people and neighbors throughout the Low Country.  Our network will get you the right property at the right price.

3.   We will get the best price for our Hilton Head buyers and sellers

Anyone can list or show a property, but the bottom line to a higher selling price or a lower purchase price all comes down to negotiation.  We have negotiated thousands of transactions and by doing it many times over again we can save you a lot of money!

4.  We will sell the benefits of Hilton Head Island ownership worldwide

We will sell the lifestyle of Hilton Head Island.  Our Island offers our future residents and visitors a long list of great amenities that add value to our properties!  We will sell these benefits to every owner, buyer, visitor, seller and agent we know.

5.  We will seek out and use only the very best service providers we can find

Almost every day we repair, replace, close, insure, inspect, furnish, repair, accesorize, research or make ownership better for our clients.  To be on our list of service providers our vendors must recieve positive reviews by our clients in order to be referred again.  If you are looking for anything from a new pool, membership or a cleaning person, just let us know and we will give you the best the Island offers.  Our local knowledge is something we love to share.

6.  We will increase our word of mouth marketing programs

While we embrace the internet to market our properties, often times a timely mention to the right Realtor or Islander helps us get the word out about our properties or the properties our buyers are looking for.  We attend weekly meetings and welcome invitations to present ourselves to our piers and introduce our properties with a handshake.

7.  We will seek out the latest and best technologies .

We want our properties to be found easily on the internet.  We are proactive and market our properties on  Activerain, Trillia, BlogHiltonHead, HiltonHeadRealEstateNews.com, Posterous and every social network possible.  Marketing methods will continue to evolve and we will stay on top of these for our sellers.  Stay tuned....

8.  We will provide updated market research for Hilton Head properties. 

We study the real estate market and forcast trends to help our clients make informed decsisions that are in there best interest.  Through our market research we can provide valuable timing insights for our buyers and sellers that helps them with determining value and help in negotiation. 

9.  We will get greener than ever before in 2011 on Hilton Head Island

Our goal is to use less depletable resources yet provide more service than ever before.  We now have the ability to do more for our clients with the aid of the internet.  Our sellers recieve weekly marketing reports, feedback from agents, and contracts via the internet.  We will even provide our clients with lessons that can help them with this information that we provide via the internet.  For those that prefer, we have the ability to fax and mail.

10.  We will provide an exceptional one on one experience for every client

Jane Hyers and I are service fanatics and provide great, caring service.  We believe in a good first impression and prior preparation to meeting with our clients.  We will take your expectations to a new level.  Both of us care more for what we do for you than any agent that will ever work for you.  It is our mantra and who we are.  We love what we do and we will prove it to you.
