The Greater Greenville SC residential Real Estate market statistics shows that there were 423 residential single family homes (includes Condos/Townhouses and Mobile homes) sold in November 2010. Average price for these sold Greater Greenville homes was $169,064, median price was $143,000, total volume was $71,514,095, and the average days on market (DOM) was 108 days. At 423 units sold, that is a -27.2% change from the 581 units that were sold in November 2009. These homes were sold at 89.7% of the list price.

Year to date (YTD) from January 1st to November 30th 2010, there were 6075 homes sold in the Greater Greenville MLS. Which is a -2.8% change from the 6251 units sold for the same YTD in 2009. Average November 2010 YTD sales price was $172,665, median sales price was $143,500, total volume was $1,048,936,923, and average DOM is 103 days. YTD percent of original list price received  at sale is 91.1%.

There were 945 new listings added to the Greater Greenville MLS system in November, and as of December 10th 2010, there were 6827 residential single family homes available for sale in the Greater Greenville MLS. This is a +5.6% change from the same period last year at 6465 units active for sale. Average list price for these available homes for sale in Greater Greenville is $240,105, median list price is $169,900, total volume is $1,639,195,410, and average DOM is 172 days.
