156 DOWN, and More to COME

Since late 2006 156 major lenders have went out of business. This is an astranomical number, but just like with anything what goes up fast, comes down even faster. Even though these business have all gone under there are still thousands of other lenders still standing strong. In these times business will slow, but if you keep at it and find borrowers that can really afford the home that they want, on the mortgage side we will still be able to get it done!
