My 31 Days of December Challenge--Day #31

This is it! The last day of 2010.  Tomorrow starts a fresh slate.  So what did I do with the last day of December to get January off to a great start? 

Take photographs of my latest listing and, get one more Short Sale Approval Letter. 

The Short Sale Approval letter completes the needed set of approval letters on a Bristow, VA Short Sale.  And after talking with the Buyer's Agent today, looks like we'll be settling in January.

As for the photographs, we all know that photographs are the most important part of our listings.  Sure, all those words and phrases we use in our write ups might get attention, but the sizzle is in the photographs. 

I'm really looking forward to 2011.  And I wish you all a prosperous New Year! To my Active Rain friends, keep up the hard work and you won't be disappointed.  Just remember to stop every once in a while and see how far you've come.

Chris Ann:  I am so glad your 2010 is ending on such a positive note.  I am even more sure that the song you will sing in 2011 will be even more melodic.  Take care... have a great New Years Eve !  Me and Mollie T will be here... watching House re-runs and munching on our Traditional New Years Eve Pizza.  What a life.
