Relocation To Highlands Ranch, CO...Reduce the Stress!
If you are considering relocating to Highlands Ranch, I highly recommend speaking to Jeffrey DiMuria. Jeff really understands the ins and outs of purchasing in Douglas County!
Relocating is always difficult. The stress of packing, trying to sell your home, school issues, medical and doctor searches, and leaving friends behind.
Now you have a decision...in the new city you are moving to...which area should you choose...which area is the best match for your specific needs?
When choosing an area in Metro Denver...you may want to add Highlands Ranch to your search and here are the reasons:
1. Award Winning Douglas County School District: As in any area that works hard to attract families, Highlands ranch has spent a great deal of time and effort in making sure the schools and school district are always rated near the top of the State of Colorado school rating systems.
2. Medical Facilities: Highlands Ranch has in recent years been a major growth area for Hospitals and Doctors. Many Medical facilities have popped up and Hospitals in Lone Tree and Littleton are just a stones throw away.
3. Proximity To Major Highways: The Highlands Ranch area has many nearby major highways including I-25, C470 and Sante Fe.
4. Proximity to Work: The Denver Tech Center is just a couple of miles away...and with RTD Train Stations at Mineral and in Lone Tree make a ride into Downtown Denver easier then ever.
5. Shopping: You will love the shopping options in Highlands Ranch and the surrounding area...the Park Meadows Mall, the Highlands Ranch Town Center(an outdoor style walking mall), The Outlet Mall in Castle Rock and many others...and of course lots of food shopping options are close by including large food stores and small organic markets!
6. Restaurants: This area has shown the biggest increase...and most improvement in Highlands Ranch. No longer will your only choices be chain restaurants with limited menus. You have a choice from high end cuisine to many wonderful Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Italian, American, Indian, and other ethnic options...and of course Denver is just a short drive away!
7. Recreation: You will have lots of options here. For a day at the park you will probably not need to look further then your own subdivision...for example Highlands Ranch has four area pools, many parks for all ages, tennis courts, basketball, nature trails, walking and jogging trails, golf courses, fitness centers and more! If a short day trip or overnight trip is what you are looking for you will love Highlands Ranch! The Rocky Mountains are a short drive west, Colorado Springs is about 45 minutes south and skiing, white water rafting, lakes, panning for gold...and even casinos are all within reach!
