Edaville Railroad is for sale. Asking price is $10 million. According to news reports, the operators have decided not to renew their lease and the property owner said that he's hoping to find a buyer who will keep the railroad open, but if he doesn't find a buyer in a few months that he'll be forced to sell things off separately.
Edaville Railroad is in Carver, Massachusetts. 15 minutes from Cape Cod and an hour from either Boston, Worcester, or Providence. Their website is http://www.edaville.com.
