Keeping motivation simple ... REAL SIMPLE Magazine's annual inspiration
Even the most upbeat and positive people need a boost of motivation at times. I love this post and related article in REAL SIMPLE magazine! Keep it on hand for those times you need a little kick in the rear...
Every year around this time, we tend to think about our goals for the new year. I'm no different, except that, somehow, I always seem to end up with a REAL SIMPLE magazine in my hands as part of that process.
As we take down the tree and get the house back to its old self, I just love their clean layout and beautiful photos and ideas.
I just picked up their January 2010 issue tonight and loved their Nine Secrets of Motivated People. It can be applied to almost any aspect of our lives, but I wanted to pass it on in this forum because it can be so easily applied to real estate, since we are all accountable to ourselves. (Plus, I've picked up so much from so many of you, thank you!)
There are some great little tidbits in here, including setting realistic and meaningful goals and preparing for challenges to them, taking care of ourselves, continuing to learn, and expecting success.
In the magazine, it's a two page spread that I will be tearing out and keeping inside my computer cabinet for inspiration!
