Reliability of e-mail, Webmail

I have lately been experiencing a lot of pain trying to maintain connections with a specific following within my organization, "We the INFORMED People." I use Constant Contact as my e-mail application. I am finding that the local cable providers, CableOne here in the Prescott Area and possibly Cox Cable in the Phoenix area see Constant Contact as a SPAMMER and reject my e-mails coming from that service provider. The people at Constant Contact tell me that I should be happy getting 20% of my e-mails opened. Constant Contact appears to have great support and a great product, but their solution is not working well for me at this time.

I also see a problem with the services used by some of my recipients as their ISPs provide a low-capacity mailboxes. These commonly fill up and my messages do not get through.

I am recommending that my clients get webmail of some sort. I personally use g-mail. I really like it, especially now that Google is providing so many other applications that I use. The message on my G-mail account reads:

"You are currently using 2372 MB (31%) of your 7535 MB."

I don't think I'll be running out anytime soon.

I believe webmail as provided by q.com, hotmail.com, juno.com and many others offer a better solution than do the internet service providers themselves.

If you know of a better e-mail solution provider than Constant Contact, please let me know.  I would also like some feedback on how the other webmail applications work for you.
