To my short sale negotiator... and my wish for the new year!

Fom my first conversation with Mark Booth, a Loss Mitigatin Rep at GMAC ResCap, I liked him and I liked working with him.  Today, my complicated, crisis riddled, investment property short sale transaction closed.  I took an opportunity to send him the following message of appreciation.

My wish for all of us working short sales in the coming year is that they all be as free of the mind blowing, crazy-making frustration that this one was....

I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation to you for the pleasant, responsive and professional manner with which you have managed this transaction. It has been, by far, my most pleasant short sale experience, and truly makes me wonder why they all can't be more like this rather than the journey through hell that is the norm.
