Listed below are homes, condominiums and 2-4 unit properties which were taken back by the banks on Thursday December 30, 2010 at the scheduled Trustee Sale, and are now officially "Bank Owned Foreclosures" also known as "REO Properties."
Over the next few months the banks will begin to place these properties on the market for sale as an active listing with a broker.
*In general the "Winning Bid" is the actual initial starting bid amount which the bank had set for any interested 3rd party buyers. Since no one had made a bid on the subject property, the bank then became the winning bidder taking back their own property. This usually happens when the starting bid is above market value for a specific property.
