Make it happen - don't pass the buck  

People will judge us on our actions and the success that we create. They don't want excuses.  

Our actions will either open the doors of opportunities or keep us locked out.  

Referrals, new business, opportunities and success go to the person that has demonstrated their value to others and have created the reputation through their actions.  

Don't pass the buck; don't make excuses; make it happen.
