I am just finishing up making a new lead generating page for a website I am doing.  I made the page using Yahoo small business (this is going to another blog all in itself).

After all of the hard work making this page I was dissapointed to find that the "contact form" that Yahoo offers leave  lot to be desired.  So off to the net I went in search of a way to make a custom form that would do what I wanted.

I find several sites that could do this for me.  Some were, to me, quite expensive.  One was $19 a month...FOR A FORM!!!!  Uh...I'll pass.

Then I stumbled across www.MyContactForm.com.  Now we are on to something.  I can make my form for free.  The catch to that is that it shows an ad for them after the person clicks submit.....hmmmm.  Not liking that too much.

Dig around the site a little and found that for just $29.99 a YEAR, that's only $2.50 a month for UNLIMITED forms (remember the other site was $19.99 a MONTH) I can make unlimited forms and they even have a contact management system for recording when the form is used so if I accidently delete it from my email I still have a record!

WOW!

If you are in the need of a form generating service for your website I would definetely recommend this site to you.  So far everything is working flawless.

Stay tuned for my upcoming....building a site with Yahoo blog....LOL

Jeffery,

Great find.  Thanks for sharing.  I've been looking to put up a few niche websites with my own content, and a missing puzzle-piece has been how to do the response forms.

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this Jeffery. I am going to check this out.  I am wanting to do something different with the forms on my website.  This could be a good resource.

Thanks for the resource, Jeffery. I've been looking for a solution like this. The better we design the form, the better quality of leads we'll get.
