I AM TIRED OF RENTING
I got up extra early this morning at around 5AM because I was excited about the new year approaching. So, I made myself a fresh cup of coffee and off I go to work on the computer. Yes, I do have my ritual in the morning. I view different web sites to check up on local, national and international news. Well, I had to check the weather because it is just crazy out there. Finally, I check my email messages. The first email message was from a client who was reviewing my main web site. He sends me a message below
"I AM TIRED OF RENTING." That was the message. Hey, fellow NYer here so I love bottom line people. Let's get to business.
So, I emailed him back stating to give me a call. Well, I got a call at 6:05AM this morning. Yes, I did answer the call. This tells me this person is motivated since he called me right away. Yes, I do the same thing when someone emails me. I just figure they are on the computer so make the call.
ME: Good Morning! You must be the person tired of renting. I am here to assist you. How is your current credit.
CLIENT: I work as a security guard. I am tired of renting. I am engaged to be married. I read your web site and I need assistance in purchasing a home. This is my first time.
ME: Great! I would be happy to assist. How is your current credit history?
CLIENT: I do not know. I have a couple outstanding balances. One is a medical bill of $100 and credit card balance of around $300.
ME: OK-I am going to have my mortgage professional call you this morning to run your credit and see where you stand to obtaining a FHA mortgage. Then, we can create a plan for purchasing a home.
CLIENT: Thanks. I am looking forward to the call.
CONCLUSION:
There are many first time home buyers in your local market that need your assistance in purchasing their first home. You see them every day when you are ordering fast food, shopping at WalMart, dropping your kids off at school or at the Farmers Market. Many Realtors are claiming there are not enough clients out there. Really? I never refuse a deal no matter the dollar amount. However, many Realtors would not take a buyer approved for $50,000. Would you?
