Fridays Fotos...Once More from the Vacation....

One of the reasons that we chose to go to California for our vacation was that we wanted to go to Disneyland. We both like Disneyland and so that became part of our Christmas presents and we went. We also went during one of the largest rain storms in recent memory in Southern California, everything got wet, especially us! Our camera got wet enough that it worried us that we shouldn't use it so here are just a couple of photos from the rain at Disneyland.

The point is that we had a great time we rode several rides, had lunch rode some more rides until we got too cold to go on. Life is what you make it!

Hi Tony & Darcy. I’m so sorry that our So. Cal. weather didn’t play nice for your visit! During the time you were here, we had one-year’s worth of rainfall in just six days. (Ay, caramba!) On the upside, it sounds like you may have missed the huge crowds on Monday & Tuesday where Disneyland was so busy that they stopped allowing visitors to enter! (Yikes!) That happens very rarely.

Bill, we were actually there on Monday, it was still fun, and to be honest, we had a great trip. Here it would have been a lot colder, we didn't get any snow, but also got a lot of rain, the mountains got several feet of snow.

Michael, I don't know if it has changed all that much! I do enjoy Disneyland.

Disney is always fun; wet or dry, hot or cold. We have been many times in the rain and everyone else scurries for cover so we have the place to ourselves. Great pictures, glad you had fun!
