Builders are going crazy with new construction homes! Cabot is growing at tremendous rates, but basic economics tells me that eventually the over supply will catch up with the demand. This will cause builders to slow down on building new homes and may cause them to drop prices on the unsold new construction. With the prices of the new construction dropping, existing home prices should follow.
This is nothing that is going to happen over night and nothing people should panic about, but it is something to be aware of. How can we keep this from happening to prices in Cabot. Simple we need to lower the supply. By doing this it will keep the demand up and enable home sellers to not have to dramatically drop prices to sell their home.
