As the new year approaches renter continually looking for that right price home in the right neighborhood for them. In fact applications have been flowing in more and more towards the end of December, which started as a slow month with very little new tenants and very little new owners.
Turns out as the month progesses rentals have again starting to climb and new properties have come in. However there are still an abundence of renters looking to move, with not enough rentals homes on the market. This is an owners market that, with the right price on a safe and clean home, there are renters out there jumping at the keys.
