No one buys a house or even shops for a house after the first week in December....Really??? People are too busy Christmas shopping...Really??? People have their minds on anything but real estate...Really??? The economy sucks...Really??? Please...Focus on Success!

I am so Happy to see the calender change! I never worked harder (and even smarter) in my entire life! 2010 was certainly a challenge. I guess I am bull headed. I just kept on working. I got some breaks in that lots of other agents were not working...I just had the best December that I have ever had in 24 years in the business! I just sat across from a young couple this morning working with them to get their counter offer accepted. What a great way to start a new year!

Do yourself and your family a big favor. Find Your Why...Then get out there and work for it! I am wishing You all a Very Happy and a Very Prosperous New Year! God Bless!

John....This is how Istarted off last year....I was so bzy that when a couple of the Title Companies announced lay offs I was shocked....I assumed everyone was having a better year! I still need and will do more this year but mindset and effort are the key! I will let the other agents think there is no business to be had...and I will find the business! LOL

I have been extremely busy in December. Is this the turning of the tide? I don't know, but hope so. I have been getting calls, Internet leads and have been working with Buyers that are serious about buying. I have a contract that Santa brought me for Christmas that closes next Friday...starting off the New Year on a postive note.

I too have experienced the best month in December...2008! Go figure!!! My showings are up on my listings this month too.

I think it is the postive energy that surrounds me and my clients...otherwise why would you WANT to look at something that puts up the shields?
