Don't you just love anniversaries?  They are much like New Years Day.  They give us pause to look back, take account of what has transpired and then exclaim:  IT CAN'T HAVE BEEN THAT LONG AGO!!

 

 


This is my 4 Year membership anniversary  in Active Rain ( I think) or is it three years? reporting on real estate from Shell Knob, MO. and learning more than I thought possible about this field and things I never knew that I didn't know.

  I recall there being about 26,000 members at that time and AR was less than a year old.  Accumulating points was very big for me that first year, but now I rarely check to see my status.  It has been much more important to learn what was happening in other areas outside the Ozarks and to other agents. 

These years have been a roller coaster in our business.  The future holds considerable challenges, but thanks AR for the ride so far.  I'll be hanging on for the next big whoosh down hill.

Congratulations on your four year anniversary. I truly don't remember when I joined, but I went several years with out giving AR much thought. I made myself a commitment this last year to begin blogging each day. I enjoy it now, and it has become a daily routine that I look forward to. I too enjoy reading other blogs, commenting, sharing, and looking forward to a "revival" in the real estate market.
