There will be two more CLHMS designation classes in Florida this year -

November 29-30 in Miami - taught by Moore-Moore

October 29-30 in Naples - taught by Simms-Simms

The Naples class hasn't yet been posted on the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing's  schedule but it will be open for registration on Monday Sept 17th. 

Attending this class is a requirement for the designation, but there are also production requirements that need to be met.

Here are some things agents have said they liked best about the designation and the Institute:

  • great learning opportunity
  • great networking
  • credibility
  •  press releases
  • current news on the luxury market
  • marketing opportunities

and now the Institute even has a blog.

Thanks, Maureen! There are still some months of hard work ahead. Being some 30 years older than Amy, it's probably going to take me twice as long to reach my ultimate goal. In the meantime, I'm happy to be where I am instead of where I was.
